One Piece Construction for Superior Strength & Insulation

At Dynsti Caravans, our advanced one-piece construction method eliminates traditional wall joins to create a stronger, more durable, and better insulated caravan.

Our exterior walls, flooring, and internal walls are constructed using high performance composite panels, featuring 25mm XPS foam securely bonded between two 1.5mm fibreglass skins to create a seamless and highly insulated structure.

The roof is engineered with aluminium bracing combined with composite XPS foam infills, delivering additional strength while maintaining excellent thermal performance and reduced overall weight.

To further reinforce the caravan’s structure, high density PET material is integrated throughout the frame, providing a secure foundation for screws, bolts, and rivets.

This innovative construction method delivers exceptional thermal efficiency, superior structural integrity, and enhanced resistance to water ingress, resulting in a high performance caravan designed to withstand Australia’s toughest conditions while providing lasting comfort and reliability.

How Our Composite Sandwich Panels are Made

To construct our one piece composite sandwich panel walls, we start by applying contact glue to both sides of our 25mm polystyrene foam core.

Next, we carefully lay the fiberglass skin onto the glued surface before subjecting the entire assembly to a vacuum press. This process ensures a strong, seamless bond between the materials, forming our durable composite walls. Once the panels are complete, we securely attach all external components using screws or rivets, bringing our Dynsti Caravans to life.
